Shipping

As a rule, shipment will be made within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

Germany

• Shipments to customers in Germany are delivered by the DHL parcel service. Bulky goods or large quantities are delivered by a haulage contractor to the ground floor/house entrance (behind the first lockable door at ground level).
• For deliveries to consignees in Germany, flat-rate shipping costs (inclusive of VAT) are charged as follows:

  The shipping costs for your order are shown on the order form.
• For shipping to German islands, additional charges may apply.
• Orders over 150 Euro are free of shipping costs.
• No minimum order quantity

Foreign countries

• Shipping costs to addresses in other countries depend on the weight. The shipping costs and shipping options are shown on the order form.
• For deliveries to countries not listed on the order form, we will contact you separately about the shipping method and the shipping costs.
• For shipping to selected territories/islands, additional charges may apply.
• Any customs duties and VAT charged in the individual countries are not included.
• No minimum order quantity
